about fifty to seventy five feet I shoot them in New Mexico was hiking a long and ran into them They were busy eating. At first she was a little tense but went back to eating. I shot them with a 200 zoom and a five hundred zoom but the five hundred jammed and was too close so most the shots were with a 200 zoom

Very good shot! I never ask to much about how a pic was taken but would like to know more about this one like how close you were and the lens used if you don't mind? V
